NightBlab Terms of Use

License

NightBlab is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By downloading or using NightBlab you agree to it and to these terms.

On Android, NightBlab is licensed to you under these terms, and your use of Google Play is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

NightBlab Pro

NightBlab is free to download. Every recording you capture is free to play, trim, save, share and export. NightBlab Pro is optional and is offered in two forms:

• Yearly: $9.99 per year, an auto-renewing subscription.
• Lifetime: $19.99, a one-time purchase with no renewal.

Prices are in US dollars and may differ by country or currency. The price shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase is the price you are charged. There is no free trial or introductory offer.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iPhone) or your Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• The Yearly subscription renews automatically each year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current Yearly price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• On Android, manage or cancel the subscription in the Google Play app (Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play under their policies.
• Restore purchases at any time from Settings in the app.

Your content

Your recordings, transcripts and dreams belong to you and stay on your device. Please be considerate of others: record only where you are entitled to, and be aware that laws about recording other people vary by place.

Not a medical device

NightBlab is for entertainment and journaling. It is not a medical device and gives no diagnosis or health advice. It makes no snoring or sleep apnea claims. Transcripts and sound categories are automatic best guesses and may be wrong.

NightBlab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost recordings or indirect damages. Keep your phone charged and plugged in overnight, and export anything you cannot afford to lose.
